Our Family is in need, My husband was hit by a drunk driver back in August of 2006 during work. He was unable to work for a few months and not getting paid. Finally when Workmas Compensation started to kick in, he wasn't even getting the minimal pay out. We are in litigation for this along with waiting for the judgement against the man who had hit him. His (the drunk drivers) attorney contiually keeps postpons the case for many diffrent excuses. Are bills are out of controll, but the worst of all we are being evicted. We have tried seeking help from social services, churches, charities, loans, selling items on Ebay, side jobs, friends and family. We are out of options. We are are on our way to being homeless with an eight year old daughter. If anyone can help, information, advise, anything! Please contact me!
